Back tracking a little...

In July we went ona family vacation to Panama City Beach for 7 days. See this guy in the yellow hat? Well, he is a really, really hard worker and we are so thankful for him and for this fun vacation we were able to go on together. We rented a condo for the week and got our beach on!!

One night we ate at The Mellow Mushroom. Oh it was so yummy! This Transformer was standing at the door to greet us. Brayden had breadsticks, Carter and Molly had cheese pizza, and the man and I each created our own half of a pizza. I had cheese, tomatoes, and avacados. The man had pepperoni and banana peppers. Yummo!! Oh, and see that teeney tiney ice cream that the Princess of the universe is holding? Well, it was $5.

There are so many fun miniature golf places on Front Beach Road. We went to two of them and the kids had so much fun! Brayden got several hole in ones and that made him so happy! Molly insisted she do it all herself and felt pretty darn grown up! I loved just being with my family without a care in the world and having fun together.

Our condo had an indoor and an outdoor pool and the kids could not get enough. Molly actually prefered the pool because she didn't get sand all over her. It was nice to switch back and forth and Molly and I would go to the pool when the boys played on the beach.

We LOVED walking on the beach at night. The kids carried flashlights and sand buckets and looked for little crabs and sea shells. There were fireworks on the beach every night. It was so relaxing to just walk and play on the beach and listen to the waves. There was seriously just as many people on the beach at 10pm as there were during the day!

We went to a super fun place to eat called Sharky's. Our friends, the Mosby's, told us about it. The wait was super long but it was so worth it! Our table was right on the beach! Like, we could touch the sand from just below our table. The kids meals were served on frisbees. We ate the yummiest sea food and enjoyed the live music and lighted lanterns all around us. We were there for about 3 1/2 hours and enjoyed every minute of it. We even got to ride the Sharky's golf cart back to our car. The kids thought that was really fun!

Our condo was directly on the beach so all we had to do was walk down the steps and we were on the beach! This little guy loved playing wth his new boogie board. I think he may have been caught checking out some bikini girls, too. He doesn't know that I noticed! :)

One afternoon Robbie and I wanted crab legs so we went to Publix and had them steam them up for us. We brought them back to the condo and we ate them out on the balcony while watching the waves crash on the beach. The kids stayed inside the condo eating chicken fingers and cheese puffs and watched icarly. They were yummy yummy! We even bought garlic butter and melted it to dip the crab legs in!

Yes, we did. We took our kids to Hooters. And really, the food was wonderful! Robbie and the boys also enjoyed the "view".

Molly was entertaining everyone while we waited for our tabe at Hooters. We had to wait about 1 1/2 hours and the kids were starving!

My sweet girl!

Robbie and the boys loved hunting for these little crabs. I am so happy that this daddy loves to play with his kids.

This was taken at the indoor pool. In Florida it rains almost every day, so it was nice to have a pool to swim in even when it was yucky out. There was also a Starbucks/General Store at the condo. The kids thought it was so fun to stop by the little store on the way to the pool or beach and pick up a treat. We just had to tell them our room number and they charged it to our room. Molly learned that really quick and would put candy on the counter and say "one twenty please".

We had such a fun trip! We came home tan and tired and full of new and happy memories!
