Ryan, How Many Kids Do You Want?

On Christmas Eve we went to my friend Kira's house for brunch. She and her husband, Ryan (also known as Rin-Tin-Tin HA!) are the parents of Zane, who I get to babysit during the week when his mommy and daddy work. Kira and I have become close friends, and let me tell you, this chick is FUNNY. Like, make you laugh until your drink comes out of your nose kind of funny. Us Coots brought hashbrown casserole and bacon and Mountain Dew. Yep, Mountain Dew. And the hostess, Kira, made some YUMMY caramel french toast stuff and waffles for the kids and we cooked eggs and had orange juice and milk. It was super yummy! After we ate we exchanged presents. Kira gave Molly a Princess tent and I believe that Molly's exact words were "oh mamma, I have been wanting one of these for my whole entire life!" I am so glad she got one....home girl has waited a whole four years. Kira gave the boys remote control cars which they loved! She also made the kids caramel corn and reindeer cake pops that were adorable. I may or may not have eaten Molly's when we got home.

I had to post this picture of Ryan because I TOLD him I was going to take it and he said "I'm not much for taking pictures" in his usual Ryan voice. I told him all he had to do was smile. Turd. Anyhow, I was laughing at him because when we came in with our three little tornados I thought he was going to have a heart attack. He is used to little one year old Zane quietly scooting around with his little toys and he seriously sat there like he was in shock. My boys were throwing balls and sitting on the little scooters and racing across the hardwood floors like maniacs. Molly was picking up the three little dogs and squeezing them until they squealed and then barked at her and then she would run to us crying and whining and then a ball would hit something and then the boys would start wrestling....it was hilarious! I asked Ryan before we left if us being there made him want more kid and, in his normal Ryan voice, he said, "No." :)
